Delete your Steady Fitness account
Permanently delete your Friends profile and its associated server data. You do not need to reinstall the app.
Delete with your sign-in key
Use the HTTPS server address and private sign-in key you saved for Friends. Your key goes directly to that server, never to this website host. Do not enter a friend code here.
Lost the key or cannot reach the server?
Request account deletion by email at cobblecodev@gmail.com. Include the Steady server address, your friend code or display name, and say that you want the account and associated data deleted. Never email a private sign-in key.
We may request information needed to verify control and coordinate with the server operator. We aim to respond within 30 days. The supplied server removes active account records immediately after verified deletion and does not retain an account archive. Independent server operators manage any backups they hold under their own retention policies. Support correspondence may be kept for up to 12 months, or longer if legally required.
Delete inside the app
Open Friends or More → Privacy & data → Delete account. Disconnect only signs the device out and does not delete the profile. Use Erase local app data separately if you also want to remove private records on a device.
